Election 2024: Vote For Someone With A Clear Plan – Prez Akufo Addo | Politics

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has urged Ghanaians to vote for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the December 7 election, reiterating his preparedness to lead the country into the future.

Speaking at the NPP’s final rally at the Legon Sports Stadium, President Akufo-Addo stated that Dr. Bawumia is the best candidate to guide Ghana through the challenges and opportunities in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

“December 7 is about the future development of our country…Vote for someone who knows how to survive the 4th Industrial Revolution. A leader who understands what it takes to succeed in the 4th industrial revolution. We are looking for someone who has a clear plan,” the President asserted.

Akufo-Addo emphasized that the upcoming election is not just about the present, but about securing the future development of the country. He expressed confidence in Dr. Bawumia’s ability to continue the progress made under his administration, saying, “Bawumia is well prepared to take over from me.”

Meanwhile, President Akufo Addo has asked Ghanaians not to vote for the Presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama because his “record is one of failure…he presided over a collapsing economy, failed infrastructure projects, and rising unemployment. His return to power would only take us backward.”
