Two NPP Walewale Constituency Officers Suspended For Misconduct | Politics

Two officers of the New Patriotic Party in the Walewale constituency in the North East Region have been suspended for misconduct.

A third person, a party member has also been suspended for a similar offence.

They have been asked to hand over all party materials in their possession for further investigations into the matter to continue.

The suspension, authorised by the NPP Regional Chairman, Fuseini Nurudeen, follows last Monday’s ruling by the High Court in Tamale, which ordered a re-run of the Walewale constituency NPP parliamentary primary following irregularities, including impersonation and over-voting.
