2024 Elections: Let’s Not Take A Step Forward And Two Steps Backs – Salam Mustapha Cautions Ghanaians | Politics
Salam Mustapha, the National Youth Organizer of the governing New Patriotic Party, has appealed to Ghanaians to give the party and their flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the opportunity to break the 8-year governance cycle.
Speaking on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo”, Salam touted the achievements of the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration from road sector to various infrastructure developments that, to him, outweigh the track record of the Mahama government.
He cautioned the electorates not to bring back the former President and leader of the opposition National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama, into power.
“Let us not sell our color TV for black and white…Let’s not take a step forward and two steps backwards. I believe that the one or two mistakes that this government has made, we can correct the government and get it working better for the Ghanaian people”, he admonished.
