KK Kabobo Is Dead | Music
Popular Ghanaian veteran musician kwabena Kwakye Kabobo , also known as K.K Kabobo, has passed on into eternity.
The music legend battled with a liver related condition for a while before giving up the ghost at the University of Ghana medical School Centre (UGMC) in the early hours of Thursday, March 14. The news of the Onyame Ehu Wu hit – maker’s ill-health was received with shock as many Ghanaians were not aware of his deteriorating health.
This led to some Ghanaians, including former President John Dramani made some donations to support his medical care. Wendy She, a popular Ghanaian artist also visited him and made some donations to the veteran musician.
The sad news of KK Kabobo’s demise has been received with shock as Ghanaians begin to pour out their experiences with the highlife legend.
Some of the popular songs by K.K Kabobo include Onyame Ehu Wo, My Sweet, Oseifo,Nyatse nyatse, Asem Da Nyimpa no Do, amongst others. K.K Kabobo had many hit songs to his credit during his lifetime.
The late KK Kabobo had an interesting background. In a radio interview, KK Kabobo had disclosed that, his desire for music was nurtured at a tender age when he had joined a band.
He had never turned back on his passion until he was hit with the life-threatening ailment which eventually claimed his life in the early hours of Thursday, March 14.
